The fixed part 7a is stacked on a comb plate 6 and fixed to the comb plate 6. Each comb tooth 7b has a base part 7c, an insertion part 7d, and a joint part 7e. The base part 7c is a part that is adjacent to the fixed part 7a and not inserted into a groove 1a. Each base part 7c is located on the comb plate 6 and supported by the comb plate 6. The bottom surface 7f of each base part 7c is in contact with the upper surface of the comb plate 6. The bottom surface 7f of each base part 7c is provided with a notch 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
