To provide a vehicle attitude angle detection device which can suppress cost at cheap price as the whole vehicle while making it possible to detect a vehicle attitude angle as accurately as conventional vehicle height sensor type and G sensor type detection devices.SOLUTION: A front part of a vehicle 2 is attached with front G sensors 11L, 11R which detect acceleration along a longitudinal direction and a vertical direction of the vehicle 2 as a detection axis. In addition, a rear part of the vehicle 2 is attached with C-pillar G sensors 13L, 13R which detect acceleration along a lateral direction and the vertical direction of the vehicle 2 as a detection axis. To detect a vehicle attitude angle of the vehicle 2, double integral value of the acceleration in the vertical direction which is detected by the front G sensors 11L, 11R and double integral value of the acceleration in the vertical direction which is detected by the C-pillar G sensors 13L, 13R are determined. Then, the vehicle attitude angle is calculated from these double integral values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】従来の車高センサ式およびGセンサ式と同等の精度で車両姿勢角を検出できながら、車両全体として、コストを安価に抑えることができる、車両姿勢角検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両2の前部には、車両2の前後方向および上下方向を検出軸として加速度を検出するフロントGセンサ11L,11Rが取り付けられている。また、車両2の後部には、車両2の左右方向および上下方向を検出軸として加速度を検出するCピラーGセンサ13L,13Rが取り付けられている。車両2の車両姿勢角の検出のため、フロントGセンサ11L,11Rにより検出される上下方向の加速度の2重積分値と、CピラーGセンサ13L,13Rにより検出される上下方向の加速度の2重積分値とが求められる。そして、それらの2重積分値から車両姿勢角が算出される。【選択図】図1
