To provide a windshield plate that may exhibit excellent design property and optical characteristics over a long period.SOLUTION: This windshield plate 10 is composed of a laminate comprising a first substrate 1 having light permeability, a second substrate 2 (protective layer) provided on one surface of the first substrate 1, and an intermediate layer 3 provided between the first substrate 1 and the second substrate 2. The intermediate layer 3 includes a metal half-mirror layer 32 for passing some of incident light through and reflecting the rest and composed of a metallic material as the principal material, and a high refractive index layer 31 laminated on the metal half-mirror layer 32 and having a higher light refractive index than the metal half-mirror layer 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
