To provide a bearing device, a spindle device, and an electric-powered vertical take-off and landing aircraft capable of accurately detecting a preload of a bearing and estimating a state of the bearing.SOLUTION: In a bearing device 30, either one of an inner member composed of an inner ring 5ia of a bearing 5a, an inner ring 5ib of a bearing 5b and an inner ring spacer 6i or an outer member composed of an outer ring 5ga of the bearing 5a, an outer ring 5gb of the bearing 5b and an outer ring spacer 6g is fixed to a fixed portion that fixes the bearings 5a and 5b so that a fixed ring and a fixed side spacer are formed, and the other supports a main shaft 4 of the bearing device 30 so that a rotating wheel and a rotating side spacer are formed. The bearing device 30 is arranged on the fixed ring or the fixed side spacer, and further includes at least one preload detection sensor 50 for detecting a preload generated between the fixed ring and the fixed side spacer, and a control device for estimating states of the bearings 5a and 5b from signals of at least one preload detection sensor 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
