To prevent the confusion of identifiers even if the number of sensors for which identifiers are set is increased.SOLUTION: Hydrogen sensors 51-54 include ID setting units 51s-54s, respectively, that set identifiers according to a connection state of whether an identification terminal is either in an open state (OPEN) or in a grounded state (GND) and to a difference of a communication bus to which a communication terminal is connected. The ID setting units 51s-54s set identifiers in different patterns either in a standard format or in an extended format, depending on whether the communication bus connected to the communication terminal is either a first communication bus CAN1 or a second communication bus CAN2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
