To reliably discharge a gas without incurring an increase in the complexity or size of a structure.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a cell module having an arrangement space in which a plurality of cells are arranged; a battery frame having a plurality of frame bars formed in hollow cross section and fixed to a vehicle body; a smoke exhaust duct made to communicate with the arrangement space and having an exhaust part connected to the battery frame; an accommodation case for accommodating the cell module and attached to the battery frame; and an attachment member for attaching the cell module to the battery frame. With a communicating hole formed in the battery frame, the internal spaces of the exhaust part and the battery frame are made to communicate via the communicating hole, in the state of the cell module being attached to the battery frame via the attachment member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
