To enable the suppression of a crash on a high-voltage device against a rigid member on a crash of a vehicle even when a gap in a vehicle width direction is narrow between a vehicular high-voltage device and a rigid member disposed inward with respect to the device in the vehicle width direction.SOLUTION: A bracket module 100 is provided on a width direction outside of a front tunnel 10 (rigid member). A first fastening flange 116 of the bracket module 100 is coupled with the upper wall 24 of a cross member 20. Second fastening flanges 118, 126 are coupled with the upper wall 34 of a center cross 30. A bracket body part 105 keeps the back end of the first fastening flange 116 and the front ends of the second fastening flanges 118, 126 connected to form a below-convex U shape in vehicle side view, where an inverter 60 is mounted. Further, the bracket module 100 has fastening points of only the first fastening flange 116 and the second fastening flanges 118, 126.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
