To provide a collided person protection device capable of mitigating impacts at the joint of a collided person at the time of collision.SOLUTION: This collided person protection device comprises: collision determination units 10 and 20 that determine the possibility of collision with a collided person P of a vehicle 1; and a collided person restraining unit 300 that, when the collision determination units determine that the possibility of collision with the collided person is equal to or higher than expected, develops a collided person restraining member 310 net-shaped, sheet-like and flexible in a planar shape in which an upper end is disposed at a position higher than the front end of a front hood 210 oppositely to the collided person on a side closer to the front than the front end 240 of a vehicle body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
