The effective range identification unit 30C identifies the effective range of regulations indicated by a traffic regulation mark in the progression course of a vehicle. The residual amount identification unit 30D identifies a residual amount which is at least one of a remaining travel distance and a remaining travel time from the vehicle position to the end of the effective range. The display control unit 30J controls display, in a display region ahead of the driver seat of the vehicle, of a display image that includes regulation content information that indicates the content of regulations in the effective range and residual amount information that indicates the residual amount, in accordance with the vehicle's own conditions and conditions around the vehicle with respect to the effective range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
