The apertures 31 to 34 are long in a first direction D1, and a length along the first direction D1 in first regions 41 to 44 where a pair of electrodes 11 to 14 and 21 to 24 overlap each other in the apertures 31 to 34 is greater than a width in a second direction D2, the short direction of the apertures 31 to 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
