To provide an electrically powered suspension apparatus which can produce a comfortable ride with a sense of unity of a human and vehicle even during turning in a sporty traveling scene.SOLUTION: An electrically powered suspension apparatus 11 includes: an electromagnetic actuator 13 provided between a vehicle body and a wheel of a vehicle 10, for generating a load for damping the vibration of the vehicle body; an information acquisition section 41 for acquiring information on the sprung state quantity of the vehicle 10 and a travel road surface state; a target load calculation section 43 for calculating a first target load related to skyhook control based on the sprung state quantity, and a second target load related to preview control based on the travel road surface state; and a load control section 45 for performing the load control of the electromagnetic actuator 13. The target load calculation section 43 further calculates a third target load related to roll generation control based on a target roll angle, and calculates a combined target load obtained by combining the first and second target loads and the third target load. 【課題】スポーツ走行シーンにおいて旋回中であっても人車一体感を伴う快適な乗り心地を演出可能な電動サスペンション装置を提供する。【解決手段】電動サスペンション装置11は、車両10の車体と車輪の間に設けられ、車体の振動を減衰するための荷重を発生する電磁アクチュエータ13と、車両10のばね上状態量及び走行路面状態の情報を取得する情報取得部41と、ばね上状態量に基づくスカイフック制御に係る第1目標荷重、及び走行路面状態に基づくプレビュー制御に係る第2目標荷重を算出する目標荷重演算部43と、電磁アクチュエータ13の荷重制御を行う荷重制御部45と、を備える。目標荷重演算部43は、目標ロール角に基づくロール生成制御に係る第3目標荷重をさらに算出すると共に、第1及び第2目標荷重並びに第3目標荷重を統合した統合目標荷重の演算を行う。荷重制御部45は、統合目標荷重を用いて電磁アクチュエータ13の荷重制御を行う。【選択図】図3
