To provide a charging control device, a charging control system, and a charging control method capable of preventing deterioration of a battery while making the battery charging work less complicated, as well as a charging control device and a battery-containing mobile device.SOLUTION: A charging control device 10 acquires a chargeable amount (ΔSOC_lowcost, ΔSOC_max), calculates a minimum SOC (SOC_min) that a vehicle 16 requires for the next and subsequent runs, and sets a target SOC (SOC_tar) such that a battery 12 degradation is prevented at a minimum SOC or more, or a target charge amount SOC (ΔSOC_tar) such that the battery 12 degradation is prevented at the amount equal to and less than the chargeable amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
