To provide an idle stop control device capable of more appropriately performing a deterioration determination of a vehicle generator-motor.SOLUTION: A magnetic flux estimation unit 23 calculates a magnetic flux φ which is generated in a vehicle generator-motor 105 in any one of or both a driving time and a power generating time of the vehicle generator-motor 105. A deterioration determination unit 24 determines whether or not the magnetic flux φ calculated in the magnetic flux estimation unit 23 is within a set range. In a case where it is determined that a performance of the vehicle generator-motor 105 is deteriorated, the deterioration determination unit 24 outputs a command to inhibit an idle stop to an engine control unit 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両用発電電動機の劣化判定をより適正に行うことができるアイドルストップ制御装置を得る。【解決手段】磁束推定部23は、車両用発電電動機105の駆動時と発電時のいずれか一方または両方において、車両用発電電動機105内に発生する磁束φを演算する。劣化判定部24は、磁束推定部23において算出された磁束φが設定範囲にあるかどうかを判定する。また、劣化判定部24は、車両用発電電動機105の性能が劣化していると判定した場合、アイドルストップを禁止する指令を、エンジン制御部10に出力する。【選択図】図2
