To allow for avoiding congestion especially at intersections in providing a service using automatic driving vehicles.SOLUTION: A management device 50 includes a traffic information acquisition unit 62, a route creation unit 63, and a vehicle dispatch management unit 61. The traffic information acquisition unit 62 acquires traffic jam information on a travel route set for an automatic driving vehicle 10. When a cross turnaround point is set on the travel route which causes the vehicle to turn across an opposing lane at an intersection from an inflection lane 114C to a cross lane and a cross turnaround traffic jam has occurred at the cross turnaround point, the route creation unit 63 changes a travel route to a route which causes the vehicle to pass straight through the intersection and then stop. The dispatch management unit 61 dispatches an alternative automatic driving vehicle 10 to stand by on the cross lane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】自動運転車両を用いた無人タクシーサービスを提供するに当たり、特に、交差点の混雑を避けることを可能にする。【解決手段】管理装置50は、交通情報取得部62、経路作成部63、及び配車管理部61を備える。交通情報取得部62は、自動運転車両10に対して設定された走行経路上の渋滞情報を取得する。経路作成部63は、走行経路上に、屈折車線114Cから交差点で対向車線を横切って折進して交差車線に進む交差折進ポイントが設定され、かつ、交差折進ポイントで交差折進渋滞が発生しているときに、走行経路を、交差点を直進通過した後に停車させる経路に変更する。配車管理部61は、代替の自動運転車両10を配車して、交差車線に待機させる。【選択図】図2
