To couple a rotary part and a base part with a rivet in a vehicle exterior component in which the rotary part is rotatably connected to the base part via a resin hinge.SOLUTION: A resin-made side spoiler comprises: a base part 2; and a rotary part 3 which can change the attitude by being rotatably connected to the base part 2 via a resin hinge. The base part 2 has a notch part 2d which is connected to an outer edge 2b1 and a bottom wall part 2b which is fixed with the rotary part 3. The rotary part 3 has an insertion part 3e which forms a through hole 6 in a portion of the notch part 2d by being inserted to the notch part 2d in the fixed attitude being the attitude that is fixed to the bottom wall part 2b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
