To provide a cargo fastening device which prevents falling off of a cargo even if a failure of a power supply system occurs.SOLUTION: A cargo fastening device 3 can fasten a cargo to one end of a wire W. The cargo fastening device 3 includes a rotation structure, a power transmission part, and a lock mechanism. The lock mechanism contacts at least a part of the power transmission part when it is not energized to a circuit element, thereby locks force of rotating at least one rotation structure, and regulates rotation of the rotation structure. When it is energized to the circuit element, contact with at least a part of the power transmission part is released by deformation or movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
