To provide a fixing structure of a vehicle battery which can prevent a battery from being damaged by a slide rail at the time of rear-end collision.SOLUTION: A fixing structure 1 of a vehicle battery comprises: a step shaped floor panel 3; a seat slide rail 7; a battery 6; and a band part 4. The floor panel 3 comprises: a high step part 31; a connection part 32; and a low step part 33. The high step part 31 and the low step part 33 are arranged so that a rear end part 7b of the seat slide rail 7 is overlapped with the battery 6. The band part 4 is mounted on an undersurface of the floor panel 3 extending from the high step part 31 through the connection part 32 to the low step part 33 in a vehicle longitudinal direction. The band part 4 includes: a ridge-folding part 46; a valley-folding part 48; and a linear part 43. The ridge-folding part 46 is deformed at the time of rear-end collision so that a vehicular outside internal angle of the ridge-folding part 46 becomes small. Due to the deformation, the ridge-folding part 46 relatively pushes up an upper side corner part 36 of the floor panel 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】後方衝突時にバッテリがスライドレールによって損傷することを防止できる車両のバッテリ固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】車両のバッテリ固定構造1は段差形状のフロアパネル3とシート用スライドレール7とバッテリ6と帯部4とを備える。フロアパネル3は高段部31と連結部32と低段部33とを備える。高段部31と低段部33とはシート用スライドレール7の後端部7bがバッテリ6と重複するように設けられている。帯部4は高段部31から連結部32を経て低段部33にわたって車両前後方向に延びるようにフロアパネル3の下面に取り付けられている。帯部4は山折り部46と谷折り部48と直線部43とを備える。後方衝突時に山折り部46の車外側の内角が小さくなるように山折り部46が変形する。この変形によって山折り部46がフロアパネル3の上側角部36を相対的に上方に押し上げる。【選択図】図2
