To achieve improvement of power transmission efficiency, responsiveness, and accuracy and achieve energy saving when an inclination of a vehicle body is maintained.SOLUTION: One embodiment of an actuator includes: a motor; a rotary part into which rotational force from the motor is input; a linear motion part which is connected to the rotary part through a ball screw and linearly moves along the ball screw in conjunction with rotation of the rotary part; and a shield part which is incorporated into the rotary part, transmits rotational force from the motor side to the ball screw side, and blocks rotational force from the ball screw side to stop rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
