To provide a jack structure used to exchange a seismic isolator, the jack structure capable of swiftly transferring a superstructure lifted by a jack into the state of being supported by the seismic isolator when an earthquake of a prescribed scale or larger occurs.SOLUTION: A jack structure 1 comprises a jack body 9 to lift a superstructure 3 and a breakable member 11 arranged between the jack body 9 and the superstructure 3. The breakable member 11 breaks when an earthquake of a prescribed scale or larger occurs. The breakable member 11 comprises an annular frame body, a cylindrical sand layer arranged inside of the frame body and a plurality of granules such as steel balls packed in the sand layer. The lateral part of the frame body is opened when the earthquake of the prescribed scale occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】免震装置を交換するために使用されるジャッキ構造において、所定規模以上の地震時に、ジャッキにより持ち上げられていた上部構造物が速やかに免震装置に支持された状態に移行できるジャッキ構造を提供する。【解決手段】ジャッキ構造1は、上部構造物3を持ち上げるためのジャッキ本体9と、ジャッキ本体9及び上部構造物3の間に配置された崩壊可能部材11とを備える。崩壊可能部材11は、所定規模以上の地震時に崩壊するように構成される。崩壊可能部材11は、円環状の枠体と、枠体の内側に配置された円筒状の砂層と、砂層の内側に充填された複数の鋼球等の粒状体とを含む。枠体は所定規模の地震時に側部が開放される。【選択図】図1
