To reduce the anxiety that a user feels for unknown risks when a vehicle travels.SOLUTION: A management device 30 performs the following processing (1) to (3): (1) presenting, to a user of an own vehicle, information on risks present on a travel route heading from a departure point to an end point desired by the user as pre-learning information; (2) when the own vehicle travels on the travel route, if a state satisfying a risk occurrence condition is detected, storing the state as occurrence risk information; (3) after the end of the travel on the travel route, presenting information, in the stored occurrence risk information, on risks not presented as the pre-learning information as post-learning information to the user. It is preferable to use moving images obtained by the other vehicle passing through places with risks photographing its front as the pre-learning information, and use moving images obtained by the own vehicle photographing its front as the post-learning information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】走行を行う際にユーザが抱く未知のリスクに対する不安を低減させる。【解決手段】管理装置30は、次の(1)~(3)の処理を行う。(1)自車両のユーザが希望する出発地点から終了地点に向かうための走行経路上に存在するリスクに関する情報を事前学習情報としてユーザに提示する。(2)自車両が走行経路走行している際に、リスク発生条件を満足する状態が検知されたときに、発生リスク情報として記憶する。(3)走行経路についての走行が終了した後に、記憶されている発生リスク情報のうち事前学習情報として提示されなかったリスクに関する情報を事後学習情報としてユーザに提示する。リスクのある場所を通過した他車両が前方を撮影した動画を事前学習情報として用い、自車両が前方を撮影した動画を事後学習情報として用いるのが好ましい。【選択図】 図4
