To make it possible to provide a taxi vehicle that transports a user by automatic driving and that can respond quickly even if the user has a health problem.SOLUTION: A taxi vehicle 10 that transports a user by automatically driving to a destination with the user on board comprises: a monitoring device 18 for monitoring a health condition of the user boarding the taxi vehicle 10; an output device 20 for outputting a message to a person outside the vehicle; and a relief controller 16 requesting relief from the person outside the vehicle via the output device 20 when the relief controller determines that relief of the user is necessary as a result of monitoring by the monitoring device 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
