To shorten the charging time at low temperature in a commercial electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle 12 includes a battery control device 34 for controlling charging and discharging for a battery 32 for power. The battery control device 34 includes a charge/discharge control unit 40 for controlling charge/discharge so that an electricity storage amount of the battery is within a predetermined management range, an outside temperature acquisition unit 46 for acquiring the outside temperature, and an upper limit electricity storage amount setting unit 42. In a case where the acquired outside temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature, the upper limit electricity storage amount setting unit 42 sets an upper limit electricity storage amount, which is an upper limit value of the management range of the electricity storage amount, to an upper limit electricity storage amount at low temperature which is lower than the upper limit electricity storage amount when the outside temperature is higher than the predetermined temperature. The battery control device further includes a lower limit electricity storage amount setting unit 44. In the case where the acquired outside temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature, the lower limit electricity storage amount setting unit 44 sets a lower limit electricity storage amount, which is a lower limit value of the management range of the electricity storage amount, to a lower limit electricity storage amount at low temperature which is lower than a lower limit electricity storage amount when the outside temperature is higher than the predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
