To provide a fuel-efficient operation evaluation device capable of determining an appropriate gear stage to a vehicle in traveling.SOLUTION: A fuel-efficient operation evaluation device 100 comprises: a traveling information acquisition part 111; a distribution information generation part 112; a reference table generation part 113; and a gear stage determination part 114. The traveling information acquisition part 111 acquires traveling information on a vehicle containing information related to a traveling speed of the vehicle acquired from the vehicle, an engine speed, and a gear stage. The distribution information generation part 112 generates distribution information pieces indicating a relation between the traveling speed and the engine speed on the basis of the traveling information. The reference table generation part 113 groups the distribution information pieces into each gear stage, and generates a reference table indicating the relationship between the gear stage of the vehicle and the engine speed in the traveling speed on the basis of the traveling speed-based information. The gear determination part 114 determines whether or not the gear stage contained in the traveling information is appropriate on the basis of the reference table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
