To provide an orbit control device capable of continuously jetting a thruster for guiding a space craft so that a direction in which the space craft approaches a target is not limited to the geocentric direction with respect to the target or to an opposite direction of the geocentric direction.SOLUTION: An orbit control device 20 comprises: a guiding unit 22 that generates a control command for guiding a space craft by using an analysis explanation of a Hill equation which corresponds to a space craft flying around an orbiting object which moves on a circular orbit in space and expresses an external force acting on the space craft by using a time polynominal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
