To provide a sealant material composition that solves the problems of the prior art with respect to the sealability for through-hole formed when a foreign object such as a nail pierces the tread part, the viscosity temperature dependence property of the sealant material composition, and the flowability of the sealant material composition during tire storage.SOLUTION: A sealant material composition constitutes a sealant layer of a pneumatic tire having the sealant layer on the inner surface of the tire. For 100 pts.mass of a rubber component (A), a tackifier (B) of 5 pts.mass or more, a plasticizer (C) of 60 pts.mass or more, sulfur (D) of 0.1 to 10 pts.mass, and a vulcanization accelerator (E) (excluding thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator) of 0.1 to 10 pts.mass are mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】従来技術では、釘等の異物がトレッド部に突き刺さった際に形成された貫通孔に対するシール性、シーラント材組成物の粘度温度依存性、タイヤ保管時のシーラント材組成物の流れ性に課題があり、その解決が求められている。【解決手段】タイヤ内表面にシーラント層を備えた空気入りタイヤの前記シーラント層を構成するシーラント材組成物であって、(A)ゴム成分100質量部に対し、(B)粘着付与剤を5質量部以上、(C)可塑剤を60質量部以上、(D)硫黄を0.1~10質量部、および(E)加硫促進剤を0.1~10質量部(ただし、チウラム系加硫促進剤を除く)配合してなるシーラント材組成物によって上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
