To prevent a piston rod from being pulled out from a piston while securing sealability with the piston rod in a seal member.SOLUTION: Surface roughness of a fitting part 30 to a piston 17 on an outer peripheral surface of a piston rod 14 is larger than surface roughness of a first sliding part 31 that is a sliding part with a first seal member 21 on the outer peripheral surface of the piston rod 14, and surface roughness of a second sliding part 32 that is a sliding part with a second seal member 22 on the outer peripheral surface of the piston rod 14. Therefore, a coefficient of friction between the fitting part 30 and the piston 17 increases. The surface roughness of the fitting part 30 is larger than the surface roughness of the first sliding part 31 and the surface roughness of the second sliding part 32 without increasing the surface roughness of the entire outer peripheral surface of the piston rod 14, and accordingly sealability with the piston rod 14 in the first seal member 21 and the second seal member 22 is secured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】シール部材におけるピストンロッドとのシール性を確保しつつも、ピストンロッドがピストンから引き抜かれてしまうことを抑制すること。【解決手段】ピストンロッド14の外周面におけるピストン17との嵌合部30の表面粗さが、ピストンロッド14の外周面における第1シール部材21との摺動部である第1摺動部31の表面粗さ、及びピストンロッド14の外周面における第2シール部材22との摺動部である第2摺動部32の表面粗さよりも大きい。したがって、嵌合部30とピストン17との間の摩擦係数が大きくなる。また、ピストンロッド14の外周面全体の表面粗さを大きくせずに、嵌合部30の表面粗さを、第1摺動部31の表面粗さ及び第2摺動部32の表面粗さよりも大きくしているため、第1シール部材21及び第2シール部材22におけるピストンロッド14とのシール性が確保される。【選択図】図2
