To control an air conditioner which is installed on a vehicle so that an occupant feels comfortable.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control device (100) comprises: a first acquisition part (104) which acquires temperature of a first part of an occupant; a second acquisition part (102) which acquires temperature of a nose where change in a blood flow amount due to function of autonomic nerve is more likely to occur compared with the first part; a third acquisition part (103) which acquires temperature of an ear where change in a blood flow amount due to function of autonomic nerve is more likely to occur compared with the first part; a setting part (106) which sets a first reference value on the basis of the temperature of the nose; a calculation part which calculates a first temperature difference between the temperature of the first part and the temperature of the nose and a second temperature difference between the temperature of the nose and the temperature of the ear; and an air-conditioning control part (110) which controls an air conditioner so that the first temperature difference is smaller than the first reference value and the second temperature difference is larger than a predefined second reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
