To provide a vehicular controller, a vehicular control system, and a hybrid vehicle capable of maintaining a charge rate of a battery close to a target charge rate when the hybrid vehicle reaches a parking point.SOLUTION: A vehicular controller mounted on a hybrid vehicle in which a battery can be charged with power generated by driving an engine, includes: a prediction unit which acquires position information on a parking point where a parking time is predicted to exceed a prescribed threshold value on a travel route of the hybrid vehicle; and a target setting unit which sets a target charge rate of the battery, and which, when the hybrid vehicle satisfies an approach condition to the parking point, changes the setting of the target charge rate to a second charge rate lower than a first charge rate at a normal time. The amount of charge and discharge of the battery when a charge rate of the battery becomes equal to or lower than the second charge rate is controlled to be smaller than the amount of charge and discharge of the battery when the charge rate of the battery is higher than the second charge rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】ハイブリッド車両が駐車地点に到達したときに、バッテリの充電率を目標充電率付近に維持できる車両用制御装置及び車両用制御システムと、そのハイブリッド車両を得る。【解決手段】エンジンを駆動させることで発生した電力をバッテリに充電可能なハイブリッド車両に搭載された車両用制御装置であって、ハイブリッド車両の走行経路で駐車時間が所定の閾値を超えると予測される駐車地点の位置情報を取得する予測部と、バッテリの目標充電率を設定するとともに、ハイブリッド車両が駐車地点への接近条件を満たしたときに、目標充電率を通常時の第1充電率よりも低い第2充電率に設定変更する目標設定部と、を有し、バッテリの充電率が第2充電率以下になったときのバッテリの充放電量を、バッテリの充電率が第2充電率よりも大きかったときのバッテリの充放電量に比べて小さくなるように制御する。【選択図】図5
