The artificial satellite 200-1 is a ground-to-ground satellite 211 equipped with ground-to-ground communication equipment that communicates with north latitude ground equipment 511 installed in a north latitude area of 20 degrees or more north latitude. In the ground-to-ground satellite 211, the front and rear communication device transmits information that the ground-to-ground satellite has acquired from the north latitude ground equipment 511 via the orbiting communication network 12 to any artificial satellite 200, and the ground-to-ground satellite transmits information that the front and rear communication device has acquired via the orbiting communication network 12 to the north latitude ground equipment 511.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
