To provide a method, a device, an electronic apparatus, a storage medium and a computer program for identifying a situation of an intersection by a present disclosure; while the present disclosure is applied to the field of artificial intelligence technology, and specifically to the fields of smart transportation technology, computer visual technology, and machine learning technology.SOLUTION: An intersection is formed by merging a plurality of road sections, and the plurality of road sections include at least two approach road sections. In a method of identifying a situation of the intersection, specifically, attribute data and traffic data for each approach road segment in at least two approach road segments are identified; a congestion parameter for each approach road section is identified based on the attribute data and the traffic data; a situation of each approach road section is identified using the congestion parameter of each approach road section as an input for a predetermined class model; and the situation of the intersection is identified based on the situations of at least two approach road segments.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
