To provide a handrail sterilizing device capable of not only sterilizing a side surface part of a handrail but also expanding its sterilization range.SOLUTION: A handrail sterilizing device includes: a frame, which includes a top surface part, a left side surface part and a right side surface part arranged perpendicular to the top surface part to face each other, and a front surface part and a rear surface part arranged perpendicular to the left side surface part and the right side surface part to face each other; a cover case, which includes an upper case joined at a top part of the top surface part to form an exterior appearance, a left side surface cover joined with an outer surface of the left side surface part, a right side surface cover joined with an outer surface of the right side surface part, and a left side surface cover case joined with the left side surface cover to form the exterior appearance, and a right side surface cover case joined with the right side surface cover to form the exterior appearance; a sterilizing part joined with the lower surface of the top surface part and including a plurality of ultraviolet light emitting elements; and a reflection plate joined with at least one or more inner surfaces of the left side surface part and the right side surface part and arranged to be separated from the left side surface part and the right side surface part for a predetermined distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
