To provide a rising-up method of a derricking member capable of suppressing the interference of a rope with the other member while reducing the tension acting on the rope when rising up the derricking member, and a crane.SOLUTION: An auxiliary cylinder 2 is suspended from a mast 16 while a boom 14 and a rear strut 17a are laid down. A sheave device 5 is moved upward by extending a rod 2a of the auxiliary cylinder 2 to move a tip part of the rod 2a downward. The rear strut 17a is raised up with respect to a crane main body 13 by winding the other end side of a second rope 6 with a winch 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】起伏部材の引き起こし時にロープに作用する張力を低減させるとともに、他の部材にロープが干渉するのを抑制することが可能な起伏部材の引き起こし方法、および、クレーンを提供する。【解決手段】ブーム14およびリアストラット17aを倒伏させた状態で、マスト16から補助シリンダ2を垂下させる。補助シリンダ2のロッド2aを伸長させて、ロッド2aの先端部を下方に移動させることで、シーブ装置5を上方に移動させる。第2ロープ6の他端側をウインチ18で巻き取ることで、クレーン本体13に対してリアストラット17aを引き起こす。【選択図】図4
