To provide an aerodynamic sound reduction structure for a current collecting device, which can be applied to a member with simple processing, can be fitted with high strength and integrally molded by molding techniques, and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: An aerodynamic sound reduction structure 20A is a structure for reducing aerodynamic sound generated from a current collecting device. A plurality of openings 23 cause a flow F to flow into the inside of an aerodynamic sound generation source of the current collecting device, and cause the flow F having flowed thereinto to exit from the inside of the aerodynamic sound generation source. Channels 24a-24c connect the plurality of openings 23 with each other. The channels 24a-24c are arranged at intervals in a plurality of directions in the aerodynamic sound generation source, and cause the flow having flowed from the opening 23 in a high pressure portion on a surface of the aerodynamic sound generation source to exit from the opening 23 in a low pressure portion on the surface of the aerodynamic sound generation source. The channels 24a-24c extend with in an apex cover 8 in a three-axis direction when the aerodynamic sound generation source is the apex cover 8 of the current collecting device, and the channels 24a-24c extending in the respective axis directions intersect at a crossing part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】簡単な加工で部材に適用でき高強度に取り付けることができて、造形技術によって一体成型することができる集電装置の空力音低減構造とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】空力音低減構造20Aは、集電装置から発生する空力音を低減する構造である。複数の開口部23は、集電装置の空力音発生源の内部に流れFを流入させ、この流入した流れFをこの空力音発生源の内部から流出させる。流路24a~24cは、複数の開口部23同士を接続する。流路24a~24cは、空力音発生源の内部に複数方向に間隔をあけて配列されており、この空力音発生源の表面の高圧部の開口部23から流入した流れを、この空力音発生源の表面の低圧部の開口部23から流出させる。流路24a~24cは、空力音発生源が集電装置の頂点カバー8であるときに、この頂点カバー8の内部を三軸方向に延びており、各軸方向に延びる流路24a~24cが交差部25で交差する。【選択図】図11
