To reliably prevent an abnormal approach of a bucket to the inner wall of a tunnel even in the tunnel with a bright ceiling and a lot of noise, which may lead to a contact accident of a worker or damage to the tunnel and its equipment.SOLUTION: Four upper corners of a bucket 11 are equipped with upward detection rods 13a-13d and horizontal detection rods 14a-14h. When a tip 13a1-13d1, 14a1-14h1 of any of the detection rods 13a-13d, 14a-14h contacts the inner wall of a tunnel, the detection rods bend with a bending mechanism 15 interposed between the tip 13a1-13d1, 14a1-14h1 and a base 13a2-13d2, 14a2-14h2 at the fulcrum, and the bending is detected by a detection rod bending detection unit 15D built in the bending mechanism 15. Detection of bending of the detection rods 13a-13d, 14a-14h limits the operation of the bucket 11 to moving only in the downward direction or in the direction opposite to that in which contact with the tunnel inner wall is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】天井部が明るく騒音の著しいトンネル内でも、作業者の接触事故やトンネルやその設備の破損等につながるバケットのトンネル内壁への異常な接近を確実に防止する。【解決手段】バケット11の上部四隅に、上方への検知棒13a~13dと、水平の検知棒14a~14hとを設ける。検知棒13a~13d、14a~14hの何れかの先端部13a1~13d1、14a1~14h1がトンネル内壁に接触すると、検知棒は、その先端部13a1~13d1、14a1~14h1と基部13a2~13d2、14a2~14h2との間に介在した曲折機構15を支点にして曲折し、曲折機構15に内蔵させた検知棒曲折検知部15Dによりその曲折を検知する。検知棒13a~13d、14a~14hの曲折の検知により、バケット11を下方向に移動させる操作のみ、あるいはトンネル内壁との接触を検知した方向と反対の方向に移動させる操作のみに制限する。【選択図】 図1
