To enable a positional relation between a pair of travelling wheels and guide wheels to be automatically adjusted in a vehicle equipped with the travelling wheels that roll the pair of travelling rails respectively and the guide wheels that roll sides of guide rails.SOLUTION: A control part makes a first detection part execute first detection operation of detecting a position of a first travelling wheel 81 in a state where a first wheel is separated, and makes a second detection part execute second detection operation of detecting a position of a second travelling wheel 82 in a state where a second wheel is separated. Further, the control part makes a shim insertion robot 5 execute first shim insertion operation of inserting shims of the number and thicknesses corresponding to a detected result by the first detection operation into a first shim insertion part in a state where fastening of a first fastening part is released by a fastening robot 6 and second shim insertion operation of inserting shims of the number and thicknesses corresponding to a detected result by the second detection operation into a second shim insertion part in a state where fastening of a second fastening part is released by the fastening robot 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】一対の走行レールのそれぞれを転動する走行車輪と、案内レールの側面を転動する案内車輪と、を備えた車両における、一対の走行車輪と案内車輪との位置関係の調整を自動で行う。【解決手段】制御部は、第1車輪離間状態での第1走行車輪81の位置を検出する第1検出動作を第1検出部に実行させ、第2車輪離間状態での第2走行車輪82の位置を検出する第2検出動作を前記第2検出部に実行させる。更に、制御部は、締結ロボット6により第1締結部を締結解除した状態で、第1検出動作による検出結果に応じた枚数および厚さのシムを第1シム挿入部に挿入する第1シム挿入動作と、締結ロボット6により第2締結部を締結解除した状態で、第2検出動作による検出結果に応じた枚数および厚さのシムを第2シム挿入部に挿入する第2シム挿入動作とを、シム挿入ロボット5に実行させる。【選択図】図5
