To provide an abnormality detection method capable of automatically detecting an abnormality in a bearing which is a component of a pantograph at an early stage of the occurrence of the abnormality.SOLUTION: A method for detecting an abnormality in a pantograph includes: a step of, by using a measuring apparatus, acquiring push-up force during each of a period of raising an arm and a period of lowering the arm from a load sensor and storing it; a second step of calculating a standard deviation of the push-up force in a prescribed height range during each of the period of raising the arm and the period of lowering the arm, on the basis of information on the push-up force which has been stored; a third step of determining whether the standard deviation during the period of raising the arm which has been calculated is smaller than a preset first threshold; a fourth step of determining whether the standard deviation during the period of lowering the arm which has been calculated in the second step is smaller than a preset second threshold; and a fifth step of outputting a determination result indicating that there is an abnormality in a bearing of the pantograph when the standard deviation has been determined to be larger than the corresponding threshold in the third step or the fourth step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】パンタグラフを構成する軸受けの異常を発生の早い段階で自動的に検知することができる異常検知方法を提供する。【解決手段】測定装置によってアーム上昇中とアーム降下中における押し上げ力を荷重センサよりそれぞれ取得し記憶するステップと、記憶された押し上げ力の情報に基づいて所定の高さ範囲における押し上げ力の標準偏差をアーム上昇中とアーム降下中についてそれぞれ算出する第2ステップと、算出されたアーム上昇中の前記標準偏差が予め設定された第1のしきい値よりも小さいか判定する第3ステップと、第2ステップにより算出されたアーム降下中の標準偏差が予め設定された第2のしきい値よりも小さいか判定する第4ステップと、第3ステップまたは第4ステップにおいて標準偏差が対応するしきい値よりも大きいと判定された場合に当該パンタグラフの軸受けが異常であるとする判定結果を出力する第5ステップとを含むようにした。【選択図】図4
