The input shaft 6 pierces the case 4 in the direction of a shaft line 600 and is disposed to be rotatable about the shaft line 600. The output body 8 is disposed in the case 4 to be rotatable about the shaft line 600. The speed reduction mechanism 9 is stored in the case 4, decelerates the rotation of the motor 5, and transmits the resultant rotation to the output body 8.
