To provide a grab device capable of grabbing an object with no difficulty.SOLUTION: A grab device 1 includes: a bucket 7 including first and second buckets 5, 6 rotationally provided on a girder 2 through first and second main shafts 3, 4; and opening/closing driving means 9 rotating the first and second buckets 5, 6 to open/close the bucket 7. The opening/closing driving means 9 includes: sliding guide means 14 guiding first and second members 12, 13, which are respectively supported to be rotatable through first and second rotation shafts 10, 11 positioned above the first and second main shafts 3, 4 by the first and second buckets 5, 6, in an approaching/separating direction; and screw driving means 16 driving ball screws 15a, 15b provided between the first and second members 12, 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
