To provide a solenoid coil unit and a non-contact power supply device, which achieve all of robustness against position deviation, high power supply efficiency and weight reduction at a high level.SOLUTION: The solenoid coil unit includes: a solenoid coil installed in parallel to another solenoid coil separated by a predetermined clearance in a clearance direction orthogonal to a central axis direction; and a rod-shaped core, around which the above solenoid coil is wound, longer than the length of the solenoid coil in the central axis direction. The rod-shaped core has a central part, on which the solenoid coil is wound, and end parts positioned on both ends of the rod-shaped core to extend from both ends of the solenoid coil. The ratio of the length of the central part to its width is 2 or more, and the length of the solenoid coil in the central axis direction is approximately twice the clearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
