To provide an electrically lifting aerial work platform having advantages of being safe and environmentally friendly, with low noise, and more suitable for selection work of indoor cargoes, facilitating energy saving and emission reduction, with the structure being compact and highly safe.SOLUTION: An insulating lifting aerial work platform includes a frame 1, a pillar 2, a stand and a rack. The pillar is provided on the frame, and includes an electric push rod and a multi-stage sleeve. The multi-stage sleeve includes an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve and a middle sleeve. A roller is provided on the middle sleeve. A chain is provided on the roller. One end of the chain extends downward and is connected to the outer sleeve, meanwhile the other end is connected to the frame. An output end of the electric push rod is connected to the middle sleeve. The stand and the rack are installed in the pillar and movable in a height direction by the pillar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
