To provide, at low cost, a driver state estimation device and a driver state estimation program that can determine inattentive driving which actually causes a dangerous situation, and also, to provide, at low cost, a daily operation report generation method and a daily operation report that can record a fact that inattentive driving which actually causes a dangerous situation has been performed.SOLUTION: An inattentive driving determination unit 202 determines whether or not inattentive driving is performed, based on a visible state of a driver. A dangerous driving determination unit 305 determines whether or not dangerous driving is performed, based on a behavior of a vehicle driven by the driver. When the inattentive driving determination unit 202 determines that the inattentive driving has been performed, in a case where the dangerous driving determination unit 305 determines that the dangerous driving has been performed, a dangerous inattentive driving determination unit 306 determines that the inattentive driving has been performed. Note that the dangerous driving determination unit 305 sets at least one of conditions that a speed of the vehicle is equal to or higher than a legal speed, that the vehicle deviates from a lane, that the vehicle is swaying in a width direction, that the vehicle makes a sharp turn, and that the vehicle suddenly decelerates, as a condition for determining dangerous driving.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】安価に、実際に危険な状況となる脇見を判定することができるドライバ状態推定装置、ドライバ状態推定プログラムを提供することにある。また、安価に、実際に危険な状況となる脇見が行われたことを記録できる運行日報生成方法、及び、運行日報を提案することにある。【解決手段】脇見判定部202が、ドライバの視認状態に基づいて脇見を判定する。危険運転判定部305が、ドライバが運転する車両の挙動に基づいて危険運転を判定する。危険脇見判定部306が、脇見判定部202が脇見と判定したときに、危険運転判定部305が危険運転を判定した場合、危険な脇見を行ったと判定する。なお、危険運転判定部305は、車両の速度が法定速度以上であること、車両が車線逸脱したこと、車両が幅方向にふらついていること、車両が急旋回したこと、車両が急減速したこと、のうち、少なくとも一つを危険運転と判定する条件とする。【選択図】図1
