To provide a polymer composition capable of producing a vulcanized rubber having good on-ice grip performance and excellent abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymer composition which comprises: (A) a conjugated diene-based polymer having a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond in which when the component ratios (molar ratios) in the polymer of a structural unit represented by the formula (1), a structural unit represented by the formula (2), a structural unit represented by the formula (3) and a structural unit represented by the formula (4) are defined as p, q, r and S, respectively, the value θ represented by the numerical expression (i) is 0.75 or more; and (B) at least one component selected from the group consisting of a water soluble particle and a water-soluble fiber.
