To control the light distribution of an exit light.SOLUTION: A light refractive member 8 includes: an entrance surface 6 which a planer light 9 enters; a plurality of refractive units 81 for bending the planer light 9; and an exit surface 7 for bending the planar light 9 by a plurality of refractive units 81 and emitting the planar light as an exit light 14. The plurality of refractive units 81 are provided in one direction in one of the entrance surface 6 and the exit surface 7, and have a region where the direction of bending the planer light 9 changes according to a direction intersecting with the one direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
