To provide a state detector, a state detection method and a state detection system, which can precisely estimate a deterioration state of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: In a state detector for detecting a state of a secondary battery mounted on a vehicle, a control part includes: measuring means for measuring a physical amount of the secondary battery and a use history of the secondary battery; discharge performance value calculation means for calculating a discharge performance value which correlates with discharge performance of the secondary battery from the physical amount of the secondary battery; storage means for storing the use history of the secondary battery and the discharge performance value; logarithm calculation means for calculating a logarithm of the use history of the secondary battery; and estimation means for estimating the deterioration state of the secondary battery on the basis of a relation between the logarithm calculated by the logarithm calculation means and the discharge performance value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
