To obtain a vehicle lower part structure which enables improvement of collision safety performance while securing a space in a passenger compartment.SOLUTION: A vehicle lower part structure includes: a skeleton member including a pair of left and right side frame parts 16 extending in a vehicle fore and aft direction; a battery pack 34 disposed between the pair of left and right side frame parts 16; reinforcements 46 extending from the battery pack 34 to at least a vehicle rear side and connecting the battery pack 34 with a rear third cross part 28 for connecting the side frame parts 16 in a vehicle width direction; and an air-conditioning compressor 82 mounted on the reinforcement 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
