To provide an illumination structure in a vehicular interior member, capable of illuminating multiple portions in such a way as to achieve different luminosity factors to a viewer in the portions, without increasing the numbers of light sources and light guides.SOLUTION: An illumination structure in a vehicular interior member 10 includes a light source 31, and a long light guide 33 capable of guiding light emitted from the light source 31. The light guide 33 includes curved parts 35 and 37 which are curved in a longer direction. The vehicular interior member 10 includes: a first part 11B which is a part for providing bright illumination to a viewer; and a second part 11D which is a part for providing darker illumination than the first part 11B. The light guide 33 is arranged in such a way that a direction from one end 33A side toward the other end 33B side is set in the first part 11B as a direction of approaching the viewer's eye, and is set in the second part 11D as a direction away from the viewer's eye.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
