To provide a refrigerating device for a container, which eliminates the need for a complicated process and is less likely to subject to the limit of a power supply capacity.SOLUTION: A refrigerating device 100 for a container, which controls a temperature of a container 70 loaded on a carriage 80 towed by an electric locomotive 10, includes: a high frequency power supply 20 that converts a voltage supplied from an overhead line K into an AC voltage; a power transmission coil 30 to which the AC voltage is applied; relay power reception coil 40 that relays magnetic energy propagated from the power transmission coil 30 by a magnetic resonance system and generates power based on the magnetic energy; and a refrigerator 60 that cools an inner part of the container 70 based on the electric power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
