To simplify a vehicular cooling structure.SOLUTION: A vehicular cooling structure 2 is equipped with a gear case 14 that stores a gear mechanism (for example, a rear differential gear 12) and oil inside, an inverter 18 that is installed on an outer surface of the gear case 14 and is electrically connected with a motor 16, and a cooling channel 60 that is formed between an inner surface of the gear case 14 and the inverter 18, and in which a refrigerant circulates. The oil in the gear case 14 and the inverter 18 can be cooled by a common refrigerant, and therefore the vehicular cooling structure can be simplified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
