To provide a fender structure of a vehicle, and greatly reduce a pressure inside a power source chamber by a structure capable of enhancing vehicle steering stability.SOLUTION: A fender structure includes: a front side fender panel 18 disposed on a flank of a vehicle; a front side fender liner 30 disposed on an inner side in a vehicle width direction of the front side fender panel; a first air guide duct 40 having a first passage 43 whose front end opening 41 is attached to an edge of a first aperture 31 formed on a rear side of the front side fender liner 30 and which extends rearward and inside which air flows; and a second air guide duct 50 having a second passage 54 which is formed in the front side fender panel 18, is attached to an edge of a second aperture 19 located behind the first aperture 31, and inside which air flows.
