To provide a rotating shaft fastening structure which is easy in assembling irrespective of a manufacturing variation of a shape of an elemental component of the rotating shaft fastening structure, and can reduce wobbling in a radial direction.SOLUTION: A rotating shaft fastening structure 10 has: a metal-made stepped bolt 18 having a tapered part 32, and having a hang-out flange part at the other end part; a soft bush 20 softer than a metal-made nut 22, rotatably fittable to the tapered part of the metal-made stepped bolt with an axial line of the metal-made stepped bolt as a center, and having a penetration hole; and the metal-made nut. An annular salient part 40 is provided at a diameter-contracted side annular end face 38 of the bush, and one frame 14 and the other frame 16 are relatively rotatable. A length of the tapered part in an axial line direction is set such that, when the metal-made nut is fastened, the annular salient part is crushed, and a crushed wall part is formed, and the bush is pushed and crushed in an axial direction by the fastening of the metal-made nut, and deformed so as to be expanded in a radial direction, thus reducing wobbling in the radial direction between the bush and the other frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】回転軸締結構造の要素部品の形状の製作バラツキに係わらず、組付けが容易で、径方向のガタを低減可能な回転軸締結構造を提供する。【解決手段】テーパ部32が設けられ、他端部には張り出しフランジ部を有する金属製段付ボルト18と、金属製段付ボルトのテーパ部に対して、金属製段付ボルトの軸線を中心に回転可能に外嵌可能な貫通孔を有する、金属製ナット22より軟質のブッシュ20と、金属製ナットと、を有し、ブッシュの縮径側環状端面38には環状突起部40が設けられ、一方のフレーム14と他方のフレーム16とが相対回転可能な回転軸締結構造10であって、テーパ部の軸線方向の長さは、金属製ナットの締結の際、環状突起部が潰されて潰れ肉部が形成されるよう設定され、金属製ナットの締付により、ブッシュが軸方向に押し潰されて、径方向に広がるように変形することにより、ブッシュと他方のフレームとの間の径方向のガタが低減される。【選択図】図3
